How do you choose which humanoid to deploy?

During the discovery phase, our engineers assess your specific operations - task complexity, payload requirements, environment constraints - and recommend the platform that best fits. You don't need to evaluate OEMs yourself.

Is robotics expertise required to operate a humanoid?

No. Motion handles the whole integration: we train the robot on your tasks until it runs them autonomously, and we train your operators to work with it. After handoff, your team runs day-to-day operations without any robotics expertise.

How does the leasing model work?

Humanoids are offered on a 36-month operating lease with maintenance, fleet software, and insurance included, and a buyout option at the end of the lease. No upfront capital expenditure. The entire cost is a predictable monthly operating expense.

Is insurance included?

Yes. Every Motion lease includes fleet insurance covering hardware damage, operational liability, and downtime. There is no separate insurance policy to procure - it's bundled into your monthly cost.

What does an integration mission include?

Site assessment, production audit, robot deployment, task training in the AI Workflow Builder, ERP/MES integration, production testing, operator training with certification, and a complete deployment playbook.

Can humanoids integrate with existing production systems?

Yes. The platform integrates with ERP and MES systems during the mission. The humanoid fits into your current production line without replacing your entire setup.

What support is provided after deployment?

The fleet management platform includes real-time monitoring, remote diagnostics, and over-the-air updates. A dedicated support channel is available, and workflows can be reconfigured in the AI Workflow Builder as production needs change. Hardware repair is covered, with a replacement unit within 48 hours if needed.

What safety standards are followed?

EU machinery safety regulations are followed, with a full risk assessment during every integration mission. Simulation validates robot behaviour before physical deployment, and continuous monitoring flags anomalies in real time.

How does a humanoid learn our specific tasks?

It learns from how your people already work. Your operators wear a lightweight camera that records each task from a first-person view, we rebuild your line in simulation so the robot can rehearse the same process through thousands of virtual runs, and our engineers teleoperate the humanoid on your floor to cover the edge cases. Every assisted run trains the autonomy, until the robot runs the task on its own.

Who owns the data recorded during training?

You do. Everything your operators record stays your property, is held on a secure European layer, and is never used to train another customer's robots. It is captured for your deployment only and processed under EU data protection rules.
